Die Hans-Thoma-Stube - Rotteckring 16  

In the Colombi Hotel. This stylish affair has consistently been touted as one of the best in Freiburg. International cuisine is served here in style and the chef constantly changes the menu in his effort to stay on top of the game. 

A few years ago an original old Stube from the 18th century has been added - the jewel of the three restaurants. Regional Black Forest specialities are being served in the Stube, named after Hans Thoma, a well known painter of the Black Forest.
