Situated in the Schwarzwaldcity (1st floor) in the centre of Freiburg, just off the main Kaiser-Joseph strasse, Salatstube is everything salad, literally. They've been in the business over 25 years and so they really know how to put together a good salad - more importantly, what makes for a good salad, you put it together! Add a little potato expertise and some pasta and you have a nice healthy meal. Many vegetarian choices.
