REGIO24 is a 24-hour ticket. You can buy this ticket for 1 person or for 5 people. A REGIO24 ticket for 1 person includes travel for up to four children (up to the age of 14). In the area of the Freiburger Verkehrs AG (VAG) you need a ticket of the fare level 1.

RegioKarte (Monthly ticket)

Monthly tickets are transport network tickets which are valid for the entire network of the Regio-Verkehrsverbund Freiburg (RVF). Monthly Tickets for adults (personal or transferable) are not valid for a particular calendar month; they can be used from the 1st day of validity until the same day of the following month at 3.00 a.m.

The monthly ticket for adults can be used as family ticket (2 people and 4 children) on Sundays and public holidays. Furthermore, there are concessionary regoinal tickets for students, juniors and pre-schoolers from their sixth birthday. These are valid for one calendar month, do not include travel for additional people on Sundays and public holidays and are non-transferable.
