Freiburg has several outdoor open-air swimming pools which are perfect for families in warm summer weather.

Adults pay 3.70 Euro to get in and children between 4 and 17 years old pay 2.50 Euro. Kids under 4 years of age get in for free. Disabled guests pay 1.10 Euro to get in. There are also special prices for one parent with several children. The out-door pools open their doors for the summer season at the end of April every year. Ask any local with children and they'll be able to tell you the exact date!
