The climatic health resort of Schluchsee lies at 930-1300 metres above sea level on the blanks of the largest lake in the Black Forest.

It offers an incredible variety of sporting activities and is surrounded by outstanding natural beauty. Visitors can enjoy hiking along 160km of marked hiking trails, which lead to some vantage points with a number of open views over the region´s lake.
