Kinder Galaxie is somewhere we found by mistake, looking for somewhere to take my daughter on a wet Sunday afternoon. My wife had heard about the place from a friend and we thought we'd go an check it out. 

I was a bit shocked to see how the carpark had completely filled up and had spilled over the next 1km up the road - but that shouldn't put you off.

Kinder-Galaxie is a large building, looking a bit like a small aircraft hanger filled with stuff for kids of all ages to play with/on/in/under etc.

Our baby was 18 months at the time of going there and the baby play area was fine for her, she was not the youngest there either. For babies there's a pit full of plastic balls, a house, a bouncy castle, large rubber lego, rubber rocking horses and more.

For the older kids there's much more to do, to name but a few: trampolines, pedal go karts, table tennis tables, a fun house, two large bouncy castles, pool, table football, softball-shooter, large slide, rock climbing.. too many things to remember in fact. 

What we liked particularly was that there was no music, no loud music, no flashing lights and no video games, just back-to-basics fun for the kids.

And for the adults, a bistro to 'relax' as your kids run havoc. Coffee was good and not too pricey, cup-cakes went down well too.

The prices all round were fair and I did not feel ripped off, I am sure many places like this would charge much more. Kids under 3 years old get in for free!
